MICHINERY-MASTER – GEAR OIL EP-90 (API GL-4, GL-5)

Gear EP-90 is a mineral SAE-90 transmission oil. The product is suitable for use in manual transmissions and other transmissions in classic vehicles that require a medium single-grade oil with extreme pressure protection that meets the API GL-4, GL-5 specification. EP Means - Extreme pressure (EP) gear oils are used to minimize wear and scuffing in automotive and industrial applications under high load conditions, especially where high peak or shock loads are encountered.

EP-90 is a mineral oil-based gear oil containing anti-oxidant, anti-wear and extreme pressure additives to protect against problems due to oil oxidation, gear wear and corrosion. EP-90 is a multipurpose gear oil containing extreme pressure additives for moderate service conditions Meets API GL-4, GL-5 - EP Type GL-4, GL-5 Level specifications. EP-90 provides excellent lubrication of manual gear boxes of bus, passenger cars and trucks operating under high speed-low torque and low speed-high torque conditions. It is suitable for synchromesh gear box and hypoid, spiral bevel and steering worm gear box.
