RESTON GLEXO – GEAR OIL 75W90 (API GL-5)

Gear Oil 75W-90 is a fully synthetic gear lubricant formulated from synthetic base oils and an advanced additive system. It is designed for use in many railway gearboxes and provides excellent load-carrying capability where extreme pressures and shock loading are expected. The value before the "W" (W=winter suitability) indicates the flow ability of the oil at cold temperatures. Gear oils with 75W remain flow able up to -40°C. The number "90" refers to the kinematic viscosity of the gear oil at 100 °C. The oil is not viscous. This comprises a range of 13.5 - 18.4 mm²/s.

RESTON Transmission oil 75W90 GL-5 consist of semi synthetic or, fully synthetic base oil this gives them an outstanding viscosity-temperature behaviour and they can be used all year round. The oils are suitable for manual transmissions in many passenger cars. They can also be used in axle drives as well as steering and transfer gearboxes of machines.

RESTON Gear Oil 75W-90 GL-5 is hypoid gear oil having long service life due to their extremely good oxidation stability. These oils are blended from selected base stocks and contain additives to provide extreme pressure, anti-rust-corrosion characteristics.

RESTON Gear Oil 75W-90 GL-5 is recommended for hypoid, spiral bevel or worm gear transmission systems of cars, buses and highway trucks requiring EP type lubricants. This oil having very low pour point, can be used for power transmission unit of vehicles operating at sub-zero temperature.
